As a bank account-based payments processor, Mazooma only enables players to wager funds they actually have in their accounts. We also support responsible gaming initiatives for our merchants.
Does Mazooma have customer spending limits?
Yes, Mazooma has a sophisticated, merchant-configurable automated limits system that, because of our ability to confirm customer balances at the time of the transaction, is able to support high limits. Mazooma also offers VIP limit tiers.
What do I need to use Mazooma?
Customers must be at least 21 and have a U.S. bank account with online banking.

What currencies does Mazooma support?

Can Mazooma process payouts?
Yes, Mazooma’s payment solutions are available for both deposits and withdrawals.
Do customers need to download an app to use Mazooma on mobile?
No. Mazooma’s products are embedded in the merchant’s app or site. Customers simply follow the prompts in the merchant’s payment process with no redirects or pop-ups. Our payment screens are optimized for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Why do I have to sign in with my online banking credentials?
Mazooma protects merchants and customers by confirming it’s actually you who is trying to use your bank account. We ask you to enter your top-of-mind online banking details so we can verify your customer profile and bank account data before processing any payments. Mazooma does not share or store online banking login credentials.
Do I have to log in to my bank every time?
No, the majority of repeat customers and VIPs qualify for eCheck Select Xpress, our single-click deposits feature, which bypasses our standard transaction flow, including online banking login.
I entered the right online banking login information, so why is my deposit still not going through?
Please ensure you have provided the merchant with your correct legal name (first and last name as registered at the bank), and that you have sufficient funds in your bank account to cover the transaction total.
I requested a withdrawal. Why isn’t it in my bank account?
Withdrawals take one to two business days to appear in your bank account once the merchant submits your request. Please contact the merchant directly regarding the status of your withdrawal funds.
