Mazooma’s Chantal Cipriano joins Gaming Americas Way Seers (Advisory Board)

Chantal Cipriano is the Senior Director of Legal & Compliance at Mazooma. Prior to joining Mazooma, she was a lawyer in the Toronto office of Dickinson Wright, providing strategic legal advice to clients involved in the land-based and online gambling industry. She is a leader in her field as a published author, an adjunct professor, and a sought-after speaker for conferences worldwide.

At the tail-end of last year, given her expertise in gaming and sports wagering, Chantal was asked to join the Way Seer Advisory Board of Gaming Americas as a subject matter expert on legal and compliance topics for both the U.S. and Canada. Gaming Americas is a news portal that provides in-depth news and press release coverage about the gaming industry in North America, Latin America, and South America.

“Gaming Americas has developed a method to disseminate gaming content and news, ways for businesses to collaborate and the opportunity for relationships to grow. I look forward to joining its Way Seer Advisory Board and helping to advance its initiatives in the gaming industry by providing a legal and regulatory perspective,” said Chantal.

As a member of the Advisory Board, Chantal supports the dissemination of industry news and information by helping organize quarterly meetups where industry experts join the virtual sessions with content, speakers, and agenda set by the Way Seer Advisory Board. The Q2 meetup is fast approaching on April 29, 2021. If you are looking for the opportunity to network in breakout sessions or join a roundtable discussion on burning questions facing the gambling industry, register for the upcoming event.

“We are thrilled to have a member of the Mazooma team on the Advisory Board of Gaming Americas. Chantal leads our legal and compliance team which works extremely closely with the regulators. Through her work, Chantal continues to push the development of the gaming industry,” said Dave Roe, Chief Operating Officer of Mazooma. “As an industry, we need more active participants like Chantal to foster trust and collaboration.”
